Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery if the product meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or malfunctions due to manufacturing issues.
  • The product received does not match the description or specifications listed on our website.
  • The product is damaged during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).

Refunds are not available for products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, or for items purchased through unauthorized resellers.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number and the date of purchase.
  • A clear description of the issue (e.g., defect, damage, or mismatch).

Return Process

Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AinuSpark is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables. Products must be unused and in resalable condition, except in cases of defects.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit.

If the product is found to be ineligible for a refund (e.g., due to customer misuse), we will notify you via email and arrange for the product to be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please request a refund for the original item and place a new order on our website.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
